2017 Range Rover Evoque and Ember Edition

Land Rover has given the Range Rover Evoque an update for 2017, as well as releasing a 3 month only Special Edition Evoque.

The ‘Ember’ Special Edition is based on the HSE Dynamic model, features a bespoke colour scheme and the Range Rover ‘Black Pack’ for an added premium.  The Ember edition is avaliable only in the 177bhp turbocharged 2.0-litre diesel engine with a nine-speed automatic gearbox.

Most notably the Ember has striking styling, externally the roof and bumpers are finished in ‘Firenze Red’ and contrasted with ‘Santorini Black’ bodywork.  This is complemented by the ‘Black Pack’ additions, including darkened lights, Satin Black 20in alloy wheels,  black grille and exhaust surrounds.  Internally the theme continues, using black sport seats with red stitching, black and red carpets and gloss black trims. The Ember Edition will set you back £47,200 is due to go on sale this summer for 3 months only.

The rest of the Evoque range will recieve tweaks and updates across the board.  A new Low Traction mode has been added to aid handling in slippery conditions by controlling the torque sent to the wheels and reducing wheel-spin. A modern infotainment system is being given to the new Evoque, the InControl Touch Pro, which has better connectivity, a 10in multimedia surface, new Sav-Nav system and advanced smart-phone link up. Cosmetically there are 18 exterior body colours now available, as well as a new Graphite Design Pack for a premium of £2,125 adding an extra level of bespoke Grey trim.

The new 2017 Evoque range will be available to order this summer with the first deliveries expected by September. Depending upon Spec and model the new Range Rover will cost upwards of £30,600.
