Aston Martin confirm new twin-turbo V12 for DB11

Aston Martin’s eagerly anticipated DB11 will be powered by a new twin-turbo, 5.2-litre V12 engine.

The company will move away from its previous, naturally aspirated models and enter a new era of turbocharged supercars.  The new DB11 will debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March, and is expected to launch in late 2016.

The latest images of the car reveal a distinctive front spoiler, new, swept-back headlamps and prominent rear wheel arches.  The cabin is expected to feature updated technology and a sleeker interior design.

The DB11’s new twin-turbo engine will be the most powerful V12 ever produced by Aston Martin, delivering over 600bhp.
