Aston Martin reveal flagship DB11

Aston Martin have unveiled a new range-topping DB11 called the DB11 AMR. This DB11 will be the fastest Aston Martin currently on sale and will be the third car to wear the Aston Martin Racing (AMR) title.

The new variant will benefit from an upgraded version of the 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 found in the standard DB11. An extra 30bhp has been liberated from the engine, creating a new total of 630bhp This increase in power translates to a 0-62mph time of 3.7 seconds (0.2 seconds faster than standard V12 DB11) and a top speed of 208mph. A louder exhaust and a tightened chassis also features on this flagship variant.

As expected, the AMR features lavish styling enhancements to differentiate itself above other DB11’s. The exterior receives a gloss black roof, grille and sills, as well as forged 20-inch wheels. Three ‘Designer Specifications’ will also be offered. These will offer bespoke exterior and interior colour and trim finishes. AMR’s signature Stirling Green and Lime Livery will be limited to just 100 units.
