Automobili Pininfarina set to unveil electric hypercar

Italian design house Pininfarina is set to unveil its eagerly awaited PFO electric hypercar at this year’s Pebble Beach. The model on show will be a design concept, ahead of its full production reveal at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show.

This will be the first self-branded production car produced by the brand and what a way to start! The performance targets are certainly in hypercar territory, the PFO is targeting a 0-62mph time of sub 2 seconds, a 250mph top speed and a battery range of 300 miles.

The interior concept photo’s don’t give away too much information, however it’s clear the PFO will adopt a more minimalist interior, with the focus being on the driver and the latest display technology. The PFO will be going into a limited production in 2020 with an unconfirmed cost of around $2 Million.
