Cryptic Concept Revealed by Lamborghini

Cryptic Concept Revealed by Lamborghini

Lamborghini have revealed a photo to show a concept car which will be displayed at the Paris Motor Show at the start of October. The drawing does not appear to just be a variant of an existing model, but instead shows curves more in line with the legendary Miura model.

Lamborghini have released a statement with the image to say “once perfection is achieved, you can just double it”. Speculation suggests three possibilities; a four seater Lamborghini, a model with four doors and four seats or model with two power sources; an engine and an electric motor.

If Lamborghini does opt for two power sources, it will be the first time they have used this technology in a model. The company has filed for a hybrid drivetrain patent so this could certainly be an option. Similarly, if Lamborghini decide on a four seater model, it will be the first family suitable model since the Urus concept from 2012 and the Estoque concept from 2008. Should Lamborghini choose to have four seats and use a platform from an existing model, it is expected it will be based on a longer Aventador style platform.
