Ferrari reveal bespoke one-off supercar

Ferrari has unveiled a bespoke one-off supercar called SP38 that will be built by Ferrari’s One-Off programme for one of Ferrari’s favourite customers. The new model takes inspiration from the legendary F40 and 488 GTB.

The SP38 will use the twin-turbo 3.9-litre V8 engine and dual clutch gearbox combo from the 488, as well as the dual exhaust setup. A fixed rear wing will feature, as well as a unique three slat design engine cover and five spoke wheels, all giving a subtle nod to the iconic F40.

Similar to other bespoke commissions, the SP38 will use a wraparound windscreen, creating a unique silhouette compared with production Ferrari models. The SP38 will make its first public debut at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’ Este car show on Lake Como in the next few days.
