Ferrari reveal new GTC4 Lusso T

Ferrari is set to debut the new GTC4 Lusso T during the Paris Motor Show. The new V8 four-seat model will sit below the V12 Lusso in the range.

The new GTC4 Lusso T is based on a modified version of the California T engine. The Lusso T will be the entry level model and Ferrari’s first four-seater V8.

The T is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 engine, producing 602bhp and 560lb ft of torque. The new Ferrari will hit 0-62mph in 3.5 seconds and 198mph flat out. The engine uses Variable Boost Management, reducing lag.

The Lusso T will come standard with rear-wheel drive, unlike its V12 four-wheel drive sibling, shaving 80kg off the weight. Drive is sent to the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual clutch gearbox.

The T will feature tweaked dynamic control systems, side slip control and four-wheel steering. The design remains the same as the V12, with a few additional updates to trim and styling. The interior receives Ferrari’s most recent 10.25 inch display and infotainment system.

Pricing and delivery will be announced by Ferrari next week at the Paris Motor Show.
