Introducing the new Ferrari 812 Superfast

The beautiful new Ferrari will debut at the Geneva Motor Show. It is the most powerful front-engined Ferrari in history offering 789bhp.

The new 812 Superfast will replace the F12 Berlinetta in the 12 cylinder range. The Superfast runs on Ferrari’s most powerful 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine, engineered to squeeze out even more power. The car produces an impressive 789bhp and 530lb ft of torque. The Superfast is capable of sprinting from 0-62mph in 2.9 seconds and has a top speed of over 212mph.

The 812 utilizes a 350 bar direct fuel injection system and uses F1 inspired variable intakes tracts. The engine is linked to a dual-clutch gearbox and weight is distributed in a 47/53 front –rear split.

Handling and responsiveness are a priority for Ferrari. The new Superfast features the latest electric steering tech.  The stunning new car, like its mid-engined siblings is also fitted with Side Slip Control and an updated version of the F12tdf’s four-wheel-steering system called Virtual Short Wheelbase.

Ferrari is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year. The 812 Superfast uses a Coupe body with hints of the Ferrari’s of old seen in high quad taillights. The car features new air intakes at the front, active flaps and a rear diffuser.

The interior get a new steering wheel and redesigned centre console. To mark the anniversary year there is also a new colour available ‘Rosso Settanta’.

The Ferrari 812 Superfast will make its official public debut at the Geneva Motor show in March.
