Mazzanti’s 1000bhp Millecavalli

Lesser-known Italian Marque, Mazzanti, has thrown its hat in the ring for the title of most powerful supercar, pitting it against the likes of Ferrari and Pagani.

The Tuscan-based company has launched its new Millecavalli hypercar.  The car is powered by a 7.2-litre twin-turbo V8, producing a staggering 1,000bhp and 885 lb ft of torque, linked to a six-speed sequential gearbox. This is 50bhp more than the LaFerrari comparatively.

The Millecavalli is claimed to reach 0-60mph in 2.7 seconds, and 250mph flat out. The hypercar comes fitted with Brembo, allowing the driver to bring the car to an abrupt stop if necessary; from 186mph to a standstill in 7 seconds.

The exterior has sharp lines across much of the bodywork and a large front grille. The Mazzanti features a two-tier rear spoiler and backwards lifting swan doors.

The Millecavalli is currently being shown at the Turin Auto Show. Only 25 examples of the hypercar will be produced, three of which have already been sold.
