The new Nissan GT-R Track Edition

Nissan has revealed the new performance-focused Track Edition, which will sit between the standard GT-R and the GT-R Nismo in the range.

The new Track Edition is designed to fill the middle ground. The car receives upgrades to improve its performance on the track and make it a more thrilling drive on the road.  The new model is powered by the same twin turbocharged 3.0-litre V6 engine, producing 562bhp.

It features bespoke adaptive Bilstein suspension and dampers, which have been tweaked especially for the Track Edition by Nismo. The new model gets a new bumper, 20-inch black forged Nismo Wheels and stiffer, lightweight anti-roll bars.

The car receives a new carbonfibre spoiler as standard, the boot lid and seats can be made from carbonfibre for an added premium. Recaro ‘black edition’ seats are included as standard.

The new Track Edition is priced at £91,995, an additional £12,000 over the standard GT-R. The performance for the new model is yet to be confirmed but is expected to be faster than the GT-R.
