Range Rover Evoque: 2016 Makeover Teaser Released.

Land Rover has released a teaser image for its new upgraded Evoque which will be presented at the Geneva Motor Show next month.

According to Land Rover, the new Evoque will boast a new engine selection becoming the first Land Rover to use the new generation JLR  Ingenium diesel engine. As well as this, other variants tuned in various power outputs will be available, while a new turbocharged petrol engine may appear later.

The new Evoque will be the first in the range to get adaptive full LED headlights as well as a new daytime running light pattern to differentiate it from the current model. Land Rover has also announced that new safety and convenience features plus a series of interior upgrades will be added in order to bring the model in line with its competitor models. The new InConnect infotainment system, already seen in the latest Land Rover Discovery Sport model, is likely to be included amongst these.

It is rumoured that there will be a convertible version of the 2016 Range Rover Evoque that will go into production by the end of 2015. More details of the new Evoque and its convertible derivative are expected to be released in the forthcoming weeks, just before the debut at this year’s Geneva Motor Show.
