We are currently looking for experienced sales or F&I specialist to join our passionate team and be a key player in our exciting period of growth.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious sales professional to join our team of client account managers. Someone with bags of natural energy to build and nurture relationships with your client list whilst simultaneously driving sales of our suite of funding products.
What will you be doing on a daily basis?
From your existing client list and new enquiries, you will display effective account management, building strong relationships with clients to support all their vehicle funding requirements. Working to a structured sales process with individual KPIs, you will use your natural sales skills to consistently deliver the best value to our clients, whilst all the time offering our 5-star experience to drive customer retention and referral opportunities; pro-actively seeking all sales opportunities and achieving monthly sales targets.
As we are regulated by the FCA, you will need to be comfortable in ensuring the compliance with all company and regulatory policies and procedures. You will also be required to maintain accurate customer records to support our ongoing CRM strategy.
What experience do you need?
A proven and demonstrable track record in a sales or business manager/F&I role, preferably within a regulated environment. An understanding of car finance options and/or specialist automotive sector would be beneficial but not essential.
What training will you receive?
As our primary function is financial services, a SAF qualification is a necessity but don’t worry we will put you through in the induction if you don’t hold one. We also provide ongoing product and regulatory training as well as professional development and sales training from our in-house learning and development team.
You will be articulate and professional with strong communication skills and a passion for providing the outstanding service that Oracle clients know and love. The business is fast paced, so you will need to be self-motivated and organised with a strong ability to prioritise and drive what matters.
