Our Terms of Business

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services. The following information is to be given to consumers considering buying certain financial products. You need to read this important information. It explains the service you are being offered and how you will pay for it.

Whose products do we offer?

Oracle Asset Finance Limited act as an independent broker working with a wide range of lenders to provide you access to a range of competitive products. A list of all the lenders we deal with is available on request. There are other lenders in the market that we do not deal with and we recognise it is important for customers to be able to shop around for alternative sources of credit.

Which service will we provide you with?

We will ask questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will present to you. We will explain the key features of the products to enable you to make an informed choice as to how to proceed. We encourage you to ask us at any stage if anything is unclear, however you will not receive advice or a recommendation from us.

We advise that you read the terms and conditions of the product agreement before entering into it, and to obtain independent legal advice if any of the terms and conditions are unclear to you.

Please note that unless we are satisfied you fully understand the terms of and conditions of the finance you are applying for, we will be unable to make the introduction to the lender. This is for your protection and ours.

What will you have to pay us for our services?

No fee is payable to Oracle Asset Finance Limited for our services.

The interest rate is determined by the age of the car and the amount that you borrow. These factors will affect the commission we are paid from the lender for any deal that is written.

We work with a panel of lenders and the commission paid by each of our lenders may vary.

You are aware that we will receive commission from a lender for introducing them to you and you have no objection to us receiving this amount.

If you wish to receive further information concerning commission paid to us by a lender, please let us know in writing.

If your details were given to us by one of our panel of introducers they may also receive a portion of the commission received from the lender. We are not linked to any of our lending panel.

On request or before entering into a contract you will receive Pre-Contract Credit Information for products regulated by the FCA. This will tell you about any other fees relating to any particular product.
