Oracle Awarded ‘Best Performing Prestige Brokerage’
Finance specialists Haydock Finance dropped by the Oracle Car Finance offices recently to present us with a rather special accolade – an award for ‘Best Performing Prestige Broker’ for the first quarter of 2025.
Earlier this year, as part of their commitment to enhance the delivery of their services and help broker partners to meet the expectations of their customers, they introduced a quality assurance drive. This collaborative effort was created to ensure their systems and procedures are continuously optimised and by working closely with their partners making sure that a constant need for improvement is the way forward.
The key foundation of the initiative looked at five key areas which formed their Quality Assurance ‘PADTP’ focussing on Proposal accuracy, Approval rate, Decline rate, Take up rate and Payout accuracy. All of these factors not only make the process more efficient and accurate from a B2B side, but improve the experience for the customer providing a more streamlined and less complicated journey when they are taking out car finance.
The quality assurance awards not only recognise the fantastic achievements of the individual brokers, but highlight the collaborative effort from both sides to improve the quality of both business’ information sharing and the accuracy of the information that is required to complete a finance application and pay out.

It also marks a very successful month for the business with ‘Best Specialist Car Finance Provider’ and ‘Customer Excellence’ awards received at the 2025 Credit Strategy awards in the same month.
