20 years ago the automotive world was introduced to something revolutionary, designed to disrupt the market and with an aim to show people how it should be done. Its ethos and capabilities were a new way of thinking and took the best in the business head on to replace them at the very pinnacle of what was possible. It quickly became the byword for excellence and became the product that all others were compared to, such was the impressiveness of its offering and the standard it set for others.

But seriously, over the past 20 years of business a lot may have changed in the world and the automotive industry, but our beliefs and our goals have remained the same since the very beginning: to provide the ultimate standard of service for our customers. It has always been our aim and our reason for continuing to do business and our constant stream of 5-star reviews and the number of long-term and repeat customers we have are a testament to that goal.
In the past few years we have seen the amount of funding that we have provided for our customers pass the £2billion mark in 2024, have received multiple awards over the years including five ‘Best Specialist Car Finance Provider’ awards in the past 6 years alone, and as we close in on 3,000 five star customer reviews on Trustpilot, our beliefs and ethos has differed little from our original goal.
Now as we surpass 20 years in 2025, a year that saw our busiest month ever as a business, our focus on continuing to improve efficiency, thoroughness of our processes and sharing our extensive knowledge and experience to ensure that we never let our standards slip.
This month in order to meet demand and to offer our levels of service to more customers than ever before we opened our third office location in Leeds to accompany our busy Essex office and our well known headquarters in picturesque Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.

Our team may have grown from two members in a single room filling out finance applications on paper, to an efficient and well oiled machine embracing the latest technology to streamline our operations, but our determination to constantly evolve in order to provide an overwhelming sense of trust for our customers is stronger than ever before.
