Terms and Conditions for our £10 Gift Card for The Motorist Promotion (the “Promotion”)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promoter is Oracle Asset Finance Limited (CRN.05564813) whose registered office is at Oracle House, Whitfield Business Park, Knaresborough, HG5 8BS (“Promoter”).
The terms and conditions of the Promotion offered by the Promoter are below. By entering the Promotion, you are indicating your consent to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Your personal information will be used for the purposes of entering the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, you are also consenting to the Promoter keeping you informed of products and services by telephone, text message, post and e-mail. You have the right to opt out of receiving direct marketing from us at any time. You can do this by clicking the link on the footer of all our marketing emails, using the number provided on the marketing text message, by speaking to a member of our team on 08450 944 997, or by emailinginfo@oraclefinance.co.uk. Any personal data will be used solely in accordance with current UK legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without your prior consent.
This promotion is exclusively available to customers who attend The Motorist venue in person and enquire about a refinance agreement with the representative from the Promoter.
You will be eligible to receive an electronic gift card for £10 following the Promoter’s full check of your circumstances and the minimum finance amount is greater than £25,000. Promotional gifts will be despatched, regardless of whether you take out a finance agreement with the Promoter, on the day of enquiry.
The Promotion is open to customers over the age of 18 and resident in the UK except employees of Oracle Asset Finance Limited and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
The promotional gift is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the promotional gift with a similar gift to the same value without giving notice.
There are no cash or other alternatives to the promotional gift in whole or in part.
The balance of the e-gift card can be redeemed in the following areas of The Motorist: The Arnage, The Cafe & The Store. It does not include: Garage, Bodyshop or Corporate Bookings
The value does not expire.
The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, death, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of redeeming this offer or accepting any promotional gifts. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel or amend the Promotion or any of the Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice.
Oracle Asset Finance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the sale of consumer credit. Our FCA Authorisation Number is 662576.
The Promotion will be governed by English Law. And any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
